Terms & Conditions – Muslimi Academy

Please read these Terms carefully. By enrolling in our online courses, you agree to be bound by the following policies. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at support@muslimiacademy.com or through our Live Chat Support.

Payment Methods

We accept payments securely via Wise and PayPal only.

• Monthly Recurring Subscriptions are paid in advance and automatically renewed on the same date each month.

• Starting 2024, renewals may shift to every 4 weeks or upon completing the agreed study hours, taking into account holidays, pauses, or rescheduling. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

  Refund Policy

  • If you wish to pause or stop your classes at any time, we will refund 100% of any unused classes.

  • To cancel, pause, or change your plan, please email us or contact our Support Team at least 2–3 days in advance.

  • If study hours remain unfinished within a month, you must coordinate with your teacher to reschedule. If this is not possible, you will be refunded for the missed hours.

    Make-Up Classes

    • If you cancel or reschedule a class, please give 2–3 hours’ prior notice to be entitled to a make-up class (maximum 2 per month, except in emergencies).

    • Planned holidays must be communicated to your teacher or Support Team in advance.

    • If a class is missed without notice, no make-up class will be scheduled (except in emergencies).

    • If a tutor cancels a class, it will be rescheduled for another day.

      Number of Monthly Classes/Hours

      • The number of classes per month will be agreed upon at enrollment.

      • If you wish to increase or decrease your classes, please inform your teacher or Support Team.

      • Extra classes beyond the agreed number will be canceled unless arranged as make-up classes.

      Example: If 4 Saturday classes are agreed upon and the month has 5 Saturdays, the 5th will be canceled unless used as a make-up class.

      Public Holidays

      Muslimi Academy observes the two Islamic holidays:

      1. Eid Al-Fitr (3 days)

      2. Eid Al-Adha (4 days)

      No make-up classes will be provided during these holidays.

      Student Progress

      • Quarterly Progress Reports are shared with parents of students under 16 years.

      • Male Students under 12 may be taught by a male or female teacher (as requested by parents).

      • Female Students under 12 may also be taught by a male or female teacher (as requested by parents).

        Feedback & Quality

        • Student feedback is regularly collected to improve services.

        • Lessons are monitored through attendance tracking, teacher training, student evaluations, and examinations.

        • Our Support Team may request feedback by email after a few lessons.
